How to Balance Heritage with Performance? How could we improve the building’s “D” energy rating without compromising its protected UNESCO status?

Gather Behavioral Insights: To identify specific “must-save” architectural features and new public functions so that the building serves the administration, faculty, students, and the Kaunas community.

Future-Use Pathways A, B, or C? Evaluate renovation visions for Option A) “Living Lab” (focused on showcasing renovation tech), Option B) intrusive “Public Community Hub” (focused on accessibility and social inclusion), and have you come up with an Option C?
